InterviewsThe Pickens County School System will conduct initial interviews on June 3, 2010 for elementary positions and on June 2, 2010 for secondary positions. Below are the current positions that remain unfilled as of this date. To be scheduled for an interview, contact Pickens County Board of Education at (205) 367-2080 ext. 207 or email Margaret Seymer. Only complete applications with all required supportive documents enclosed will be considered for review and assessment. Applicants must meet Alabama's definition of a "Highly Qualified Teacher" to be scheduled for an interview. It is essential that all pertinent information pertaining to employment with the Pickens County Board of Education. Items A through D must be received in this office prior to the Superintendent's recommendation to the Board of Education for employment. Check the areas below for information needed.
