Since the ALEX (Alabama Learning Exchange) site now has the current courses of study aligned to ARMT, SAT 10, and AHSGE, Click on ALEX and select Course of Study.  Once on that page use the search feature to access the courses of study by grade level, or keywords.

The Pickens County Board of Education is currently initiating a curriculum project.  The purpose of this curriculum project is to:

• Correlate Course of Study, ARMT, SAT-10 objectives, Alabama High School Exit Exam objectives, Early Childhood Assessment, and Writing Assessment

• Simplify the process of planning and documenting

• Provide a current list of available resources and classroom activities

• Create a teacher resource document that would satisfy Course of Study, ARMT, SAT-10, and AHSGE requirements while focusing on the needs of students in our district
